Tower 1

Tower 1 is a striking commercial development for Mirvac in the heart of Melbourne, with Proline contributing a package of custom architectural elements across the building.

The scope brings together Proline’s in-house fabrication and site installation capabilities. Close coordination between the factory, project and site teams has allowed each component to move through production and into position with careful control over quality and detail.

On site, the installation team is carrying that same standard through to the finished work. Every element depends on accurate planning, clean execution and consistent communication between the people responsible for each stage of delivery.

Tower 1 reflects the capability Proline continues to build across its people, systems and manufacturing operation. With work continuing, the project is another example of the team taking ownership of complex architectural outcomes from fabrication through to installation.
