Mercy Place Mentone

Mercy Place Mentone is a purpose-built residential aged care facility delivered for Mercy Health in Melbourne's bayside.

Working with BFN Developments, Proline delivered the complete roofing and cladding package across more than 8,000 square metres. The scale of the works brought together substantial roofing systems, detailed cladding interfaces and carefully coordinated architectural elements throughout the development.

Healthcare and aged care environments demand close planning, reliable sequencing and consistent attention to safety and quality. From fabrication and material coordination through to installation on site, the Proline team managed the package with the precision required for a large and highly detailed facility.

The completed building combines clean white cladding, curved architectural forms and warm feature finishes across a series of connected spaces. Mercy Place Mentone demonstrates Proline's ability to deliver major roofing and facade packages at scale while maintaining control over detail, programme and finish.
