Customs House at Melbourne Airport showcases Proline’s ability to deliver bespoke façade systems from concept development through to completion.

Undertaken for Kapitol as part of a significant building refurbishment, the project involved the design, engineering, detailing and delivery of a custom façade solution tailored specifically to the existing structure. Comprehensive 3D modelling was used to coordinate the building prior to fabrication, allowing potential clashes and installation challenges to be resolved well before works commenced on site.

Developed in partnership with Northrop Consulting Engineers, the façade system combined detailed design thinking with practical constructability, resulting in a streamlined installation process and a refined architectural finish. Supported by rigorous quality assurance and local fabrication of custom components, the project demonstrates Proline’s capability to deliver innovative, end-to-end façade solutions for complex commercial environments.
