Assemble Coburg

Assemble Coburg is a major residential development under construction on Sydney Road, comprising 344 apartments and a range of shared community spaces.

Working alongside Kapitol Group, Proline is delivering a custom mesh screen package across the project. The screens were designed, detailed and fabricated entirely in-house before being transported to site and installed by the Proline facade team.

Bringing design, fabrication and installation together under one operation has given the team greater control over coordination, quality and delivery. Each stage has been planned around the requirements of the structure, the installation sequence and the finished architectural outcome.

The crane lift and installation of the screens marked a significant milestone for the project and for Proline’s wider end-to-end capability. With work continuing on site, Assemble Coburg is a strong example of what can be achieved when the whole process is owned by one integrated team.
